Together We Make the Difference

All it takes is the commitment within yourself to take responsibility for your health and you can learn how simple and inexpensive it is to heal. Wow! Not a bad side effect for making a few simple lifestyle changes.

The path to health is a narrow one and not well traveled. If you take your first steps you will be challenged so this website will provide you with the understanding of how it all works so you don’t have to trip down the path and hopefully you will enlighten your adversaries. From A Path To Perfect Health there will emerge a new ecology and a new economy through efficiency. There is no money to be made off healing, so you will not learn this information through the AMA, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, the FDA, the FTC, food companies, supplement companies, multi-level marketers or even most alternative practitioners, because these industries and careers depend on your staying sick in order to make a profit.

Today we can’t trust our food available in commerce that goes through the normal, approved manufacturing processes because there is overwhelming evidence of betrayal. The most reliable source is making your own homegrown foods, food products, and homemade skin care and cleaning products. If you’re protecting yourself and your family from poisons and toxins as much as possible and eating nutrient dense foods, your cells will only require small amounts of nutrients to maintain health for everyday activities once you have obtained health. Stay focused on healthy happy cells and it stays simple, user friendly, fun, empowering and very affordable.

It is best to apply an ecologist philosophy when supporting the human frame. In my opinion this would mean: conserving your energy by eating dense nutrient rich foods that are easily digested and assimilated into the fuel that is absorbed effortlessly and expels the least amount of waste.

Ecology defined: Ecology is that branch of biological science that studies the interrelationships between organisms and their environments. This discipline attempts to bridge the gap between the biological world of living organisms (biology) and the physical or environmental world (physical science) of geology, soils, climatology, limonology, oceanography, chemistry, physics, ect. It's Not Your Fault You're Fat

Hamberger_head_2
What’s that mean, “It’s not your fault your fat!” Whose fault is it? When I grew up it was rare to see an overweight child. Forty years ago there were a few classmates in elementary school that were heavy and there were explanations for it, such as, “I am big boned”, “I inherited the fat gene” or “I have a glandular problem”.

It is common knowledge that if you over eat and eat junk foods you will be fat and that is the truth, but due to our toxic external and internal environments there is more to fat than the food issue alone. The numbers and the statistics of overweight and diseased children and young adults are increasing. Degenerative diseases that were once blamed on aging are now showing up in our youth. This should not make sense to us and we need to reexamine our daily choices with regards to our health.

Today even the most careful, disciplined people are gaining weight. When I see an overweight person I don’t see what most people see. I understand that this person has been poisoning her or himself, consistently and cultivating this condition over a period of time. You can swell up and increase your inches by taking prescription drugs, eating fat or sugar free, chemically laced, dead packaged foods and by absorbing chemicals from the cleaning and cosmetic products. When I grew up fast food and microwave dinners were not available and there was only one product on the market to get rid of the tangles after washing our hair called “No More Tears”. Today fast food and thousands of products produce dangerous toxins is our system.

Heal Yourself; Heal The Planet (Spiritual Workbook)

IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU

It’s true, healing the planet is up to you, right where you stand. Based on 30 years of field study and research, I have come to the conclusion that a great deal of the neurosis, illness, crime, restlessness, addiction, drug abuse, and perhaps even war, is the result of our failure to completely love our self. We fail to develop into our highest potential self. With this workbook there will be no introduction, no lead in, no food for thought; it is time we are powerfully spiritual. If you are truly a spiritual seeker then you already know the how, why, what, and where things have evolved and you have diligently studied all teachings: the ancient teachings, the teachings of Jesus Christ, even the survival of bacteria through biological evolution, the interconnections of living systems (ecological and within the human design) and patterns of sub-atomic partials in relationship to matter. You already know the essential fact that matter is not what matters, because atoms only exist in probability patterns. Now is the time we start living the teachings and demonstrating the teachings. Self-actualization and connecting with others will create a shift in the collective consciousness.

Presently “we” at the level of the collective consciousness, wage wars believing that by killing people and destroying another’s homeland will guarantee our peace. We punish those who break laws, believing it will reduce crime. We instigate an action to obtain a specific result, using a plan of action that is the exact opposite of what we want to achieve, even though there is overwhelming evidence that it won’t work. We continue to hold on to the belief that the “end will justify the means”, but where is the end? You might be saying, “Oh no, that’s not me, I don’t respond to life that way, I am more spiritually evolved then that”. If that is your case, then you are guilty; you just did it, because you have thought yourself separate from the whole. You have formed a judgment, an “energetic box”, which is now the frozen energy “we” call opinion. The opinion is the trap, our only limitation. The truth is, there is no separation. Thinking separate is as silly as one water molecule in the ocean saying, “I am different then all the other water molecules in this body of water, therefore don’t call me water.”

When we don’t self-actualize, transcending our personality into our highest potential, we don’t respect our environment, others or ourselves to the degree it takes to make the change and evolve as a whole. We end up living out a self-centered lifestyle wrapped up in our own drama with the illusion that our stress doesn’t affect anyone else. We know full well that we are spiritual beings having a human experience but our human containers are not self-contained. They are projecting our thoughts out into systemic life memory and each thought is busy coming together and creating the universal vibration.

As spiritual seekers we know that there are only two emotions, fear and love. We know every experience presents the opportunity to transcend the animal survival instincts of “fear”. With every stressful experience we have the chance to practice suspending our knee jerk hurtful reaction and changing our perception to respond with love instead. But for some reason we leave that option for another time another place. “If only” I could move away from the stress. “If only” junk food didn’t exist. “If only” I wasn’t drowning in debt, then I could be a spiritual person. After all Jesus didn’t have to pay an electric bill. But today “we” as a whole are not just knee deep in distraction; we are up to our eyeballs in it. We have to stand on our tippy toes and tip our head back to take a quick breath of air or we will surely drown. This is not new information for there is no original thought, it is just the overstated truth stated ingenuously and simplified. Learning and applying the simple steps to gain health everyday, how to rid life of the distractions and how to step instantly into your highest potential self one choice at a time can be as easy as 1, 2, 3. The only thing in the way of performing miracles is our self, our limited thinking!

Introduction

The knowledge for optimum health is not a secret. It is available to anyone who will research. Many scientists today know the truth and are frustrated that the truth is not explained and millions are dying needlessly. These brilliant people have published their own books and CD programs to teach Natural Medicine directly to the general public. All it takes is the commitment within yourself to take responsibility for your health and you can learn how simple and inexpensive it is to heal. Wow! Not a bad side effect for making a few simple lifestyle changes.

The path to health is a narrow one and not well traveled. If you take your first steps you will be challenged so this commentary gives you the understanding of how it all works so you don’t have to trip down the path and hopefully you will enlighten your adversaries. From The Path To Perfect Health will emerge a new ecology and a new economy through efficiency. Things would be different if profit margins were gained from health. For example, Neils Paulsen of Upsale, Sweden, died in 1907 at the age of 160. He left behind two sons one 9 years old and the other 103. At that time in Sweden, the health care system paid a physician for keeping his patients well throughout the year. This system of private practice gave the doctors a vested interest in their patients’ good health, maintenance and disease prevention.

Truth is available for those who want their solution, those who understand that the healthcare system in place today is more of a disease management system.
